FUPS
As a Product Designer at FUPS, a Türkiye-based banking and electronic money company, I played a key role in reshaping the platform’s user experience to make the app more accessible and user-friendly. By combining design vision with financial insight, I created intuitive interfaces that simplified onboarding for newcomers while delivering advanced features for experienced customers. These improvements directly contributed to a more seamless experience, resulting in a measurable 20% increase in overall customer satisfaction.
2022 - 2022
Ministry of CRM
During my time working at the Ministry of CRM, I had the opportunity to prepare websites, mobile applications and CRM-focused e-mail designs for world-renowned brands. I increased the interaction rates of e-mails by preparing animated gifs. I had the opportunity to prepare new user-focused designs for websites and work with software developers.
At Monogram, I led branding and design projects for multiple clients, including logo creation, corporate identity, packaging, and social media visuals. I collaborated closely with marketing teams, clients, and developers, managing 3-4 projects simultaneously. I introduced design systems and templates that improved my team's efficiency by 30% and implemented Trello and Slack for better workflow management. Two of my logos were featured in the book Logos from Past to Present in Turkey. Additionally, I organized weekly team meetings to streamline project follow-ups and communication.
2015 - 2017
Turmatsan
At Türmatsan, as a Graphic designer, I provided design solutions for a diverse range of clients, managing up to 30 projects daily. My focus was on creating print materials such as catalogs, brochures, packaging, and business cards. Throughout this time, I developed a strong understanding of printing techniques, from pre-print preparations to overseeing final proofing and production approvals.
